Performance
Under the hood, the Ford Bronco features three EcoBoost® powertrain options, including a standard 2.3-liter EcoBoost® with up to 300 horsepower and 325 pound-feet of torque or an available 2.7-liter EcoBoost® V6 with up to 330 horsepower and 415 horsepower. Both options are more powerful than the available 2.0-liter turbocharged engine in the Jeep Wrangler that produces up to 270 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque or the 2.4-liter turbocharged engine in the Toyota 4Runner with up to 278 horsepower and 317 pound-feet of torque. Plus, the Bronco is available with a 3.0-liter EcoBoost® V6 that produces up to 418 horsepower and 440 pound-feet of torque.
Capability
Ford Bronco SUVs feature standard four-wheel drive capability, with available locking front and rear differentials to improve traction, up to 37-inch tires in the Ford Bronco Raptor, and various HOSS suspension packages with FOX™ Internal Bypass Dampers. While the Jeep Wrangler is available with up to 35-inch all-terrain tires, it features a solid axle suspension system that reduces comfort on paved surfaces and reduces articulation in off-road environments near Gardner. Plus, Ford Bronco® models offer up to 13.1 inches of ground clearance with 37.0 inches of water-fording capability, while the Jeep Wrangler only provides up to 12.9 inches of ground clearance and 34.5 inches of water-fording capability.
Interior
Inside the cabin, the Ford Bronco features two-door and four-door configurations to accommodate your needs, just like the Jeep Wrangler. However, the Ford Bronco delivers enhanced versatility for excursions beyond Seneca, with up to 52.3 cubic feet of cargo capacity in two-door models or up to 77.6 cubic feet of cargo space in four-door models. In comparison, the Jeep Wrangler only offers up to 31.7 cubic feet of cargo space in two-door models or up to 72.4 cubic feet of cargo capacity in four-door models.
Technology
When it comes to connectivity on the go, the Ford Bronco tramples the competition. All models come with a standard 12.0-inch SYNC® touchscreen infotainment system and a 12.0-inch digital instrument display. In comparison, the Jeep Wrangler features a 12.3-inch display in an ultrawide format, which limits visibility when using navigation. In addition, the Wrangler only offers up to a 7.0-inch digital instrument display, restricting accessibility to vehicle data and media integrations as you cruise around Morris.
Safety
When it comes to safety, we know that keeping you and your passengers relaxed is a priority. That's why the Ford Bronco comes equipped with standard Ford Co-Pilot360™ Technology, including Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking, Blind Spot Assist, Reverse Brake Assist, and Adaptive Cruise Control. While the Jeep Wrangler offers these features, drivers have to pay extra for added peace of mind as they drive around Odell. In addition, the Ford Bronco is available with programs like a 360-degree camera, trailer sway control, and Trail Control™ with Trail Turn Assist.
